Jalapeno juice (with pineapple, kale and cucumber)

When talking about juicing, the first thought that comes to mind is not typically of a spicy concoction. The recipe described below is mix of cool and spicy: pineapple jalapeno style.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of fresh pineapple
  • 5 large kale leaves
  • 1 whole cucumber
  • half a jalapeno (or a whole on if your a little more tolerant to taste) – green or red

 

Pineapple

First up, you need 2 cups of fresh pineapple. Pineapple is a great choice for juicing; not only is it delicious, but it’s packed full of vitamins and minerals you need to stay healthy.
